StylistOS is a web workspace for fashion stylists, personal stylists, boutiques, and educators. This policy describes the information we collect on this website and in the workspace, and how we use it.
Information you give us
- Account details such as your name, email address, business name, and profile.
- Client records you add, including names, notes, photos, wardrobe items, lookbooks, bookings, contracts, and invoices.
- Details you send through our contact or waitlist forms, such as your name, email, and message.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Connecting Pinterest is optional. When you connect your account, you authorize StylistOS to read your Pinterest username, boards, and pins. We copy the pin images, titles, and descriptions you select into a lookbook in your workspace, and we keep the connection so we can refresh access and import more pins when you ask.
We use that Pinterest information only to provide this feature to you. We do not sell it, and we do not post to Pinterest on your behalf. You can disconnect Pinterest in Settings. Lookbooks you already imported stay in your workspace until you delete them.
How we use information
We use information to run the workspace, show you and your clients the looks and records you create, send messages about the service, and reply when you contact us.
Who we share it with
We share information with providers that host the product, send email, and process payments. When you send a client a lookbook, invoice, or portal link, that client can see what you sent them. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep workspace information while your account is open and as needed to operate the service. You can disconnect Pinterest or remove imported looks from your workspace.
